How can I know if the radio stations actually played my song?

How can I know if the radio stations actually played my song?

You can follow both radio downloads and airplay directly from your Syndicast campaign dashboard. When one of our partner stations downloads your track through Syndicast, that activity appears in your campaign data immediately.

Every Radio Promotion campaign also includes one year of worldwide airplay monitoring powered by WARM. When your track is played by a station covered by the monitoring network, the detected airplay normally appears in your campaign data shortly after the broadcast, allowing you to see when and where the track was played.

Your campaign statistics also help you understand where the airplay originated, distinguishing between airplay generated through your Syndicast campaign, organic radio support, and activity resulting from your own promotional efforts. This gives you a clearer picture of how different parts of your release strategy are contributing to radio exposure.

Not every radio station worldwide is directly monitored by WARM, so Syndicast distinguishes between monitored airplay, which has been directly detected, and estimated airplay, which is calculated from the monitoring data available. This provides a broader view of the campaign while keeping directly detected broadcasts clearly identifiable.

You can analyse your results by radio station, country and city, making it easier to see where support is developing, whether particular stations are returning to the track, and where stronger market activity may be emerging.

Through our integration with Songstats, you can also view performance data from platforms including Shazam, Spotify and TikTok, giving you wider context around the release across radio, streaming, social and music discovery platforms.

The dashboard includes detailed statistics, visual reports and advanced filtering options. You can generate customisable PDF performance reports at any stage of the campaign or export detailed airplay data in PDF, CSV or Excel format, including a PRO-ready airplay log.
