How do I export a full campaign report as a PDF?

You can easily download a full report for any campaign by clicking the GENERATE FULL PDF REPORT button on the release details page.

What happens next?

  • A yellow bar will appear at the top of the page letting you know that your PDF is being generated.
  • This usually takes about 1–2 minutes.
  • A spinning gear icon will show that the system is working.
  • The GENERATE FULL PDF REPORT button will temporarily disappear to avoid running the process twice.

When the report is ready

  • The yellow bar will turn green, and you’ll see a message saying the report is ready.

  • You now have two choices:

    a, Download the report by clicking the DOWNLOAD REPORT button.

    b, Close the notification by clicking the “X” without downloading the file.

Once you’ve downloaded the report (or closed the notification), the GENERATE FULL PDF REPORT button will reappear, and you can generate a new report again if you need to.
