How do you send tracks to the stations?
We do not send music releases individually to thousands of radio stations by email. Syndicast operates as a dedicated platform used by licensed radio stations to discover and access new music.
Once your campaign is approved and launched, the release becomes available within the stations’ Syndicast dashboards together with its artwork, metadata and campaign information. Radio music editors can browse or search the catalogue, filter releases by criteria such as genre, artist or label, listen to track previews and decide which releases are relevant to their station.
If a station wants to use the track, they can download the broadcast-ready audio directly from Syndicast. The download is then recorded in your campaign statistics, so you can see which partner stations have taken the release.
Campaigns are also supported by a tailored mix of promotional activity within Syndicast. Depending on the release and campaign, this may include newsletter features, in-platform banners, pop-ups and other placements designed to increase visibility among relevant radio partners.
The important difference is that stations are not simply receiving an unsolicited file. They use Syndicast as a music discovery and content platform, and the final decision to download or broadcast a release always remains with the station.
