What does a radio promotion campaign include?
Every Syndicast Radio Promotion campaign includes professional promotion across our radio network, supported by a tailored mix of promotional activity within the platform. Depending on the release and campaign, this may include newsletter features, pop-ups, in-platform banners and other promotional placements designed to increase visibility among relevant radio partners.
You also get access to real-time campaign data, including radio downloads and airplay activity, together with one year of worldwide airplay monitoring through WARM. Songstats data provides additional context from streaming, social and music discovery platforms, while campaign reporting helps you follow how the release develops across stations and countries over time.
Unless you request otherwise, we keep each track available in the Syndicast system for five years. This means radio stations can continue discovering and downloading the release after the initial campaign period, creating opportunities for further airplay over time.
With a Campaign with Artist Promo, we also create a personalised version of the track in which the artist introduces the song in their own voice. The introduction can be recorded simply on a phone, and our production team professionally integrates it into the track.
Radio stations can then customise this version further by adding their own station imaging or jingles, creating a version that feels specifically made for their audience. Personalised artist intros can make the release more useful for presenters and can give stations an additional way to introduce the track on air.
