Where and how do I pay for my campaign?

Once you have uploaded all the required assets, submitted your release and it has been approved by our Quality Control Team, a green PAYMENT button will appear at the bottom of the release page.

Clicking this button will take you to the payment section, where you can choose between Stripe, bank transfer or PayPal.

If you need to pay using another method, such as a Purchase Order (PO), please contact our billing team at billing@syndicast.co.uk or speak with your product manager.

Before making a payment, make sure your billing details are complete. If you have not added them yet, enter the required information and click Save.

You will then see a summary of your campaign, including the selected package and total amount due. Before continuing, tick the box confirming that you accept the Terms & Conditions, select your preferred payment method and click Checkout.

If you have a discount coupon and did not enter it during the campaign setup, you can still apply the code on the payment page before completing your purchase.

STRIPE

If you choose Stripe, you will be redirected to the secure Stripe checkout page. From there, you can select an available payment currency and pay by credit or debit card or, where supported, use express payment options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once the payment is completed successfully, your campaign can proceed to launch.

BANK TRANSFER

If you choose bank transfer, payment instructions will be sent to the billing email address you provided.

Use the details in that email to complete the transfer through your bank. Once we receive and process the payment, your invoice will be generated automatically and sent to your billing email address.

You can also access and download your invoices at any time from the Syndicast platform under:

Main Menu → Billing → Invoices

PAYPAL

PayPal is no longer directly integrated into the Syndicast payment system, but you can still use it to pay manually.

Select Pay with PayPal at the bottom of the payment page and follow the instructions provided. The payment will be made manually to billing@syndicast.co.uk.
