How does renewal and billing work for my show syndication?

Your Radio Show Syndication subscription renews automatically, so you do not need to manually renew your show each billing period.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe using the payment method linked to your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected billing period.

Managing your billing details

To manage your subscription or payment details:

1. Log in to Syndicast.
2. Go to the Billing section.

1. From there, you can manage your payment method and billing information.

Stripe handles the payment process securely, so your card details are not stored directly by Syndicast.

What happens if a payment fails?

If Stripe is unable to collect a payment, you will receive an email notification.

You can then go to the Billing section to update your payment method and complete the outstanding payment.

If payment remains outstanding, access to certain Radio Show Syndication features may be restricted until the balance has been paid.

Once the payment is successfully completed, your subscription can continue normally without having to set up your show again.

Once the payment is completed, your show’s status will be changed to “Active”.
