Is there a minimum syndication period?
Yes. The minimum syndication period is six months.
Radio syndication takes time. Programme directors need time to discover and evaluate a show, and even when they want to add it, they may need to wait for a suitable slot to become available in their schedule. A longer syndication period also gives the show time to build recognition, accumulate station pickups and develop a more consistent presence across the network.
For that reason, we treat syndication as an ongoing process rather than a short term campaign. Six months gives enough time to properly measure how the show is received and how its station network develops.
A syndication agreement is prepared for every show, outlining the terms of the partnership.
You do not need to pay the full six months upfront. Monthly payments are available.
