What is a press pack, and what should it contain?
A press pack gives radio stations the materials they need to present and promote your show correctly across their websites, social media and other promotional channels.
It should be supplied as a .zip file and include:
- High quality photos of the presenter or host
- A biography
- Website and social media links
- A general description of the show
- General show artwork in .jpg and editable .psd or other vector formats
Where possible, provide artwork in square, horizontal and vertical formats. This gives radio stations more flexibility to adapt the visuals for their own websites, schedules and social media.
Providing a complete and up to date press pack is important. If stations do not have the correct materials, they may end up using outdated images, old biographies or irrelevant information found online.
