How to verify your radio station?

To access Syndicast’s radio station content, your station must first be verified by providing proof of a valid radio station licence.

The verification document should be issued by your local music royalty collection society. This can be the first page of your contract or licence, as long as it clearly includes:

Radio station or company name, including the legal form of the business where applicable, or the licence holder’s full name
Address, including street address or PO box, postcode, city and country

If your station uses a licensing or streaming provider such as Streemlion, Live365, Zeno FM, Laut FM, Toronto Cast in Canada or Stichting Webcasting Nederland in the Netherlands, documentation provided by these services may also be accepted.

Accepted file formats are .jpg, .pdf and .png. If you need to submit multiple documents, combine them into a .zip file.

All verification documents are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties.

Steps to Verify Your Radio Station

Go to your radio station’s settings page and click the settings button in the top right corner.
Select the “Profile” button.
On the “myradiosettings” page, locate the “RADIO STATION STATUS” section. If your station has not yet been verified, its status will show as unverified.
Go to the “RADIO STATION VERIFICATION” section and click on the pen icon.
In the “Radio Station Verification” pop up window, click on “BROWSE” and select the document you want to upload.
Click on “Save.”

Once the document has been uploaded successfully, our team will review it.

If everything is in order, your radio station will normally be verified within 1 to 2 business days. If we need any additional information or there is an issue with the submitted document, we will contact you.
