I run an online-only radio station, can I register?

Yes. Online-only radio stations can register with Syndicast as long as they meet our minimum requirements.

Once approved, your station can access music from major and independent labels, syndicated radio shows and professional imaging content through the platform.

To register, you will need:

1. Radio Station Licence

   A valid licence or document issued by your local music royalty collection society. This can be the first page of your contract or licence, as long as it clearly shows:

   • The radio station, company or licence holder name

   • The legal form of the business, where applicable

   • The registered address, including street or PO box, postcode, city and country

2. Official email address You must use an email address associated with your radio station’s domain or one that is publicly visible on the station’s website or social media accounts.

3. Working stream Your station must have an active and accessible radio stream.

4. Working website or social media presence Your station must have an active website or social media page that we can use for verification.

5. Company or legal details You must provide the company name, legal entity or licence holder name, together with the relevant address.
