Registration for online-only radio stations

To access Syndicast content, including music, radio shows and imaging assets, your radio station must first be registered and verified.

Syndicast is available only to genuine, licensed radio stations. If you operate an online-only station, please review the minimum requirements before registering.

Step 1: Requirements

If you operate an online-only radio station, check the minimum registration requirements before creating your account.

Step 2: Registration

Visit our registration page.

If the “For Radio Stations” option is not already selected, choose it before continuing.

Step 3: Required information

Enter the required information about your radio station.

  1. Radio Station Name: Enter the name of your station.
  2. Company/Legal Entity/Legal Person: If your radio station operates under a company or other legal entity, enter its name. If there is no company associated with the station, provide the name of the individual or legal entity responsible for operating it.
  3. Enter your first and last name.
  4. Email Address: Only official radio station email addresses are accepted. Use an email address associated with your station’s domain or one that is publicly listed on its website.
  5. Password: Create a password and confirm it by entering it again.
  6. Check the box next to “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy”, then click the “REGISTRATION” button.

After registration, we will review the information provided as part of the verification process.

Step 4: Activate your account

Check your email inbox and activate your account by clicking the activation link in the email.

Step 5: Complete your profile

When you log in for the first time, you will see a red notification in the upper menu stating:

“Before you start using the account, please complete your profile”.

Click on COMPLETE PROFILE to continue.

You will be taken to your radio station’s settings page, where you can complete and manage the information related to your station.

Your profile is complete when all mandatory sections under “RADIO STATION STATUS” are marked with a blue tick.

  • Radio Station Verification*

Optional sections:

  • Billing Data (Required only if purchasing from the Imaging Store)
  • Social Media Pages

Step 6: Radio Details

To access Syndicast content, complete the required information in the RADIO DETAILS section.

Radio Station Name (Required)

Enter the name of your radio station.

Company / Legal Entity / Legal Person (Required)

If your radio station operates under a company or other legal entity, enter its name. If there is no associated company, provide the name of the individual or legal entity responsible for the station.

Country (Required)

Select the country where your radio station operates.

Address (Required)

Enter the station’s address.

Time Zone (Required)

Select your station’s correct time zone. For example, if your station is based in Spain, select Madrid.

Email (Required)

Enter your station’s official email address. It should be associated with the station’s domain or publicly visible on its website.

Homepage/Main Site (Required)

Enter the URL of your station’s main website or online platform.

Music Genres (Required)

Select the music or content genres your station broadcasts. This helps Syndicast tailor the content displayed to your station.

Broadcasting Details (Required)

Select all broadcasting methods used by your station and provide the relevant information for each one.

For example, if you broadcast both online and on FM, select both “Online” and “FM”, then provide your stream URL and the relevant FM frequencies, including the town or region.

Estimated Daily Listeners (Required)

Select the appropriate estimated number of daily listeners from the available options.

Once all mandatory information has been completed, our team will review your station details and verification documents.

Approval typically takes up to one working day. Once your station has been approved, you will receive access to Syndicast content. If we need any additional information, or once your account has been approved, we will contact you using the registered email address.
